Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about booking a course, the studio and how we work with production teams across the United Kingdom.
Where do the courses take place?
Open courses run in our training studio in London. Team courses can also be delivered in your own studio anywhere in the UK.
Do I need previous experience?
No. Each course lists a recommended level, from first-time studio crew to experienced directors who want to refine their live skills.
What equipment will we use?
Broadcast studio cameras, a vision mixer, an audio console, LED lighting and talkback, set up exactly as in a live gallery.
Can you train our whole crew together?
Yes. Our Studio team package is designed for groups of four, and larger crews can be booked as a private session.
How do I book and pay?
Send an enquiry through our contact page. We confirm dates, send a written quote and arrange payment by invoice.
Do you offer help after the course?
Every delegate receives 30 days of follow-up support for practical questions about their studio or show.
